3 SPEEDS - NOT VARIABLE
The title is mis-leading - the switch is 3 speeds plus off, NOT "fully variable". The product information even says this - Amazon needs to correct the listing.
OTHER than that, the switch is as it promises and comes with both white and ivory knobs.
Works, But Hums
Title says it all- yet another variable fan speed control that makes your fan hum. Take a pass.
Love this switch!
I've installed one of these for the ceiling fan in our living room. It works perfectly. I don't notice any hum that a ceiling fan doesn't normally make. The switch looks nice, works as it should, and we've used it successfully for years. This switch allows for three speeds plus the off position. I am so happy with it that I'm getting ready to buy another one for a different room. No complaints, great switch!
