French Fries were not a feasable task
The stainless steel mesh vessels that form a type of nest unfortunately gets caught in the cooking process to the fries while forming a potato nest. Sometimes they release, & sometimes the nest gets trashed when separating. Fortunately, it wasn't very expensive compared to my original choice. Those Nester's were to big for a French Fry Nest ( at least for one person ) I'm sure that I can find something that may work, like Shredded Potato used for Potato Pancakes
Pretty good item
I ordered this to use for my culinary school final. Didn't work to well with shredded phyllo dough (couldnt get the phyllo bowls off) but worked fine with some Japanese noodles. Overall not bad and I'll use it again.
