Dont waste your timne or money
This is a poorly designed unit that does not produce steam. It has a flimsy hose in the water tank that easily gets tangled and as a result does not facilitate a steady stream of water to produce adequate steam.
The customer service representative was incapable of exercising judgement. I had to go through their checklist to gather all personal information possible before attempting to address the issue. Their proposed solution was a non solution.
After an hour of trying to get this to work or get a replacement, I threw it in the garbage. Thanks for that carbon footprint Eureka, well done!.
Don't waste your time or money on this item.
